I can’t say enough good things about this pest control company! We had a serious bed bug problem and, even though we called them late in the day (around 6pm), they went above and beyond by coming out late at night to help us. The team was professional, thorough, and made sure the job was done right. Their dedication and quick response truly amazed us. I highly recommend them to anyone dealing with pests—they really care about their customers and deliver excellent service!

From start to finish Ahmad has been amazing. Found bed bugs in our home which caused us major stress. We managed to get hold of Saxon Pest Management and spoke to ahmad who was so patient and understanding with our situation. Ahmad came over, explained the process and was very detailed with his work. No MORE BED BUGS! All gone! Ahmad went above and beyond. I am so glad I found this company. Prompt responses, on time. Very thorough and meticulous with their work. Didn't leave anything out. Could not have found a better pest company.

Very happy with the service. Sonny is a really likeable young man. He provided a professional service and was respectful of the property. On first visit he laid down the bait, which was very effective. On 2nd visit he sealed off entry points.

A great service by friendly, knowledgable professionals. The price for removing our wasp nest was not the lowest available, but it included a follow visit up 7 days later to ensure full eradication plus a one year warrantee. I definitely recommend Saxon.

Sonny was very responsive and came around straight away (on a Sat eve) to assess the situation and put a plan in place to deduce where the rat might be coming from. He was very communicative and reassuring throughout and him and his brother came and put a treatment in place - fingers crossed that’s the last I see of any rats! Highly recommend

Ahamd from Saxton was a friendly professional who helped quickly remove a wasps nest for us.

Saxton came out for an initial assessment call at 10pm proving they truly are a 24/7 company. Ahamd came out the very next day to perform the removal treatment and he was polite and answered all questions clearly. He was open to communicate on the phone too if I had any further questions. A great service offered from a local family business - thank you Ahamd and Saxton.

Had these guys over to help with a wood ant problem, and they were awesome. Super friendly, showed up on time, explained what they were doing without overcomplicating things, and got straight to work. You could tell they knew what they were doing. The ants started disappearing pretty quickly after the treatment, which was a huge relief. Overall, just a really smooth, no-stress experience. Would happily call them again if anything else pops up.

Absolutely great service and very professional. Spotted wasp nest in loft and called Saxon who came out same day in the afternoon to have initial look and access point. Came back the following day to spray powder, as nest was still active, then came back after 8 days to clear the nest and remove waste. Thank you for the great service
